Terms & Conditions
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
Members may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the facilities, or interfere with any other party’s use of any Services. The proprietor of company whose employees are members at Co-Offiz will be held responsible for any kind of illegal activity or wrong doings by him or by any of his team members.
Client Meetings
Meeting with the outsiders/clients must be intimated to office coordinator in at least one day advance with details of each member. Meeting with clients on open/dedicated work station is not allowed. Meeting room and conference room should be used for Office/Business purposes only.
Renewals and Terminations
The Leave and Licence Agreement is automatically renewed at the end of each period with consent of each party. Members also may terminate this Agreement by giving a written notice of termination 30 days before.
Invoicing and Payment
The member is automatically invoiced monthly in advance based on their membership option. Payment is required at the beginning of the month for that period, at the date specified in the invoice.
Disclosure of Information
The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information about its members and their company as deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part is the company sole discretion.
